Laddu

Ingrediants
  1. peanuts 1/2 cup
  2. ghee 3 tsp
  3. cashew nuts
  4. raisins
  5. date fruits 2 cups seed less
  6. raw coconut pieces 1 cup
  7. poppy seeds 1 tsp
This Healthy laddu are soft, delish melt in the mouth. this laddu is an instant and healthy laddu prepared with only dry fruits without any sugar or jaggery. furthermore, this healthy ladoo, does not even require edible gum to form the round shape. moreover, seedless dates are coarsely grounded to act as edible gum and to give the sweetness to this amazing laddu. laddu is the healthiest indian deserts and most economical sweets in terms of calories. as mentioned earlier i have not used sugar or jaggery syrup in this laddu. so this laddu is ideal for calorie watchers. moreover, the water is extracted from dry fruits, this makes it as a small package of nutrients. furthermore, dry fruits are rich in vitamin e, iron, magnesium and beta carotene.
Method of Preparation
  • take a pan add 1/2 cup peanuts fry it on a low flame.
  • once it get fried remove from the pan transfer in to plate rest it for 5 mins.
  • Now in the same pan add ghee on low flame add cashew nuts and raisins fry for 2 mins and transfer into plate.
  • Now take a blender add seed less 2 cups of dates.
  • Now add 1 cup of raw Coconut pieces & add roasted peanuts blend this into smooth mixture.
  • Now transfer this mixture into a bowl and add 1 tsp poppy seeds also add roasted cashews and raisins.
  • Mix everything with help of hand & start making laddu's. that's all healthy laddu was ready try this recipe for vinayak chavthi.
